Do I need an asbestos survey before demolition or remodeling?
Yes. In California, demolition and many renovation projects require an asbestos survey completed by a Cal/OSHA Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC) before work begins.
Can you test for asbestos?
Asbestos testing must be performed by a Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC). If needed, we can help point you in the right direction and work directly from the survey report once testing is complete.
How is asbestos removal pricing determined?
Pricing depends on the findings and recommendations in the CAC report. Cost is based not only on the quantity of asbestos, but also on the specific procedures required, such as containment, removal methods, cleaning, air monitoring, and final clearance requirements.
Do you work on commercial projects?
Yes. We work on residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects, including schools, laboratories, apartments, and public facilities.
Do you offer estimates?
